PART A — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
REACDIF LIMITED IS A DIGITAL-ONLY BUSINESS. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED.
All products sold on the Reacdif platform are digital files. No physical goods are manufactured, packaged, or dispatched by REACDIF LIMITED under any circumstances.
1. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, your purchased digital files (DXF, DWG, SVG, and/or PDF formats) are made available immediately in your Reacdif account for download. There is no waiting period, no dispatch notification, and no tracking number — your files are ready the moment your payment is confirmed.
Delivery is instant, worldwide, and at no additional cost.
2. NO SHIPPING COSTS
Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, handling charges, or postage costs of any kind. The price displayed at checkout is the full amount you pay (plus any applicable taxes — see Part B, Section 4 below).
3. NO CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ON REACDIF PRODUCTS
Digital file downloads are not subject to customs duties or import charges. There is no physical border crossing involved in your purchase from Reacdif.
Please note: If you manufacture physical products using the Reacdif digital files and import or export those physical goods, any applicable customs duties or import taxes on those physical items are your sole responsibility as the manufacturer. REACDIF LIMITED has no involvement in the manufacturing or physical distribution of end products.
4. DOWNLOAD AVAILABILITY
Subscription customers: Downloaded files are accessible in your account for the duration of your active subscription and permanently thereafter (see Terms of Service Section 9.2).
Single Purchase Licence customers: Files are accessible for re-download at any time while the product remains listed on the platform (see Terms of Service Section 18.2).
5. FAILED OR INCOMPLETE DOWNLOADS
If your download does not complete successfully due to a technical issue on our platform, we will restore your download access at no charge. Please contact us at hello@reacdif.pro with your order details.
Technical failures on the Customer's end (e.g., interrupted internet connection, insufficient storage, incompatible software) do not constitute a basis for refund. Please ensure your device is capable of opening DXF, DWG, SVG, and PDF files before purchasing.
PART B — PAYMENT INFORMATION
6. CURRENCY
All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Reacdif bears no responsibility for currency conversion costs, bank charges, card processing fees, or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider or financial institution.
7. PAYMENT PROVIDER
Payments on the Reacdif platform are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, registered in Ireland, acting as Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection on behalf of Reacdif. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal.
Accepted payment methods (subject to availability in your region):
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Other methods as displayed at checkout
8. PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
Automatic Payment: Save your card details for automatic charges on each monthly or annual renewal date. You will receive a reminder before each charge.
Manual Payment: Pay manually each billing period before the renewal date. Failure to pay by the renewal date initiates the grace period procedure described in our Terms of Service Section 6.6.
9. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions do not renew automatically — you must explicitly opt in to renewal at the end of the annual period.
You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your subscription.
10. TAXES AND VAT
10.1 United Kingdom Customers
UK VAT is applied to all purchases by UK-based customers in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. The applicable rate is displayed at checkout.
10.2 Business Customers Outside the UK (B2B)
If you are a VAT-registered business established outside the United Kingdom, the reverse charge mechanism may apply. You are responsible for accounting for and remitting VAT or equivalent tax in your own jurisdiction. Please provide your VAT registration number at checkout where applicable.
10.3 Individual Customers Outside the UK (B2C)
Because Paddle acts as Merchant of Record on Reacdif transactions, Paddle is responsible for the calculation, collection, and remittance of applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or equivalent indirect taxes in your jurisdiction. These taxes will be clearly reflected in your invoice issued by Paddle.
You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or local levies applicable in your jurisdiction that are not covered by the above.
11. INVOICING
Your invoice is issued by Paddle.com Market Limited and will be sent to the email address registered to your account upon payment confirmation. For invoice queries, contact hello@reacdif.pro.
12. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and a 15-day grace period during which your subscription remains fully active. See Terms of Service Section 6.6 for the full late payment procedure.
For payment disputes or unauthorised charges, contact hello@reacdif.pro in the first instance. You may also contact Paddle directly via their support channels at https://www.paddle.com/help.
