9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

9.1 Refund Conditions ✅ Un-downloaded products can be refunded. ✅ A 14-day refund right is available under the demo system. ❌ No refunds after a download. ❌ No refunds after a subscription cancellation. ❌ No general trial period.

9.2 Subscription Cancellation Status after cancellation: ✅ Access to downloaded files continues. ✅ Platform membership continues. ❌ Commercial sales rights cease immediately. ❌ Rights to download new products cease. ❌ Removal from the licensed member list.

9.3 Refund Process Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The process takes 5-10 business days.
