This Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of the REACDIF Terms of Service and License Agreement and should be read alongside it. All purchases on the Reacdif platform are for digital files only. No physical products are sold or shipped.

 

1. REFUND CONDITIONS

1.1 When a Refund Is Available

✅ Full refund: If you have not downloaded any product, you may request a full refund of your subscription or single purchase fee at any time before your first download.

✅ Annual subscriptions — no downloads: If you have not downloaded any product since the start of your annual subscription period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment. This request must be submitted in writing to hello@reacdif.pro.

1.2 When a Refund Is Not Available

❌ Once a product has been downloaded, no refund is issued for that product. Download of a digital file constitutes permanent acquisition of the associated licence.

❌ Monthly subscription fees already charged are non-refundable upon cancellation, regardless of whether downloads were made.

❌ There is no general free trial period.

 

2. DIGITAL CONTENT — WAIVER OF RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, by completing a purchase of digital content you expressly request that delivery begins immediately upon payment. By requesting immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the contract.

This acknowledgement is obtained via a mandatory checkbox at the point of purchase. The checkbox text reads: "I request immediate access to the digital content and understand that I lose my right to cancel once delivery begins." Acceptance of this declaration is a condition of purchase.

 

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

3.1 Effect on Access

Upon cancellation of a subscription:

✅ Access to previously downloaded digital files continues indefinitely.
✅ Platform membership continues.
✅ The commercial licence for all products downloaded during an active subscription period is PERMANENT — you retain the right to manufacture and sell physical products derived from those designs indefinitely, even after cancellation.
❌ The right to download new products ceases immediately upon cancellation.

3.2 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting hello@reacdif.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Downgrade to Single Purchase Licence

Upon cancellation, your account automatically transitions to Single Purchase Licence status for all previously downloaded products. All permanent commercial rights are fully retained under the Single Purchase Licence terms.

 

4. SUBSCRIPTION PAUSE

Instead of cancelling, you may request to temporarily pause your subscription:

Monthly subscriptions: May be paused once per calendar year, for any duration. No fee is charged during the pause period.

Annual subscriptions: May be paused for up to 3 consecutive months during the annual period.

All permanent commercial rights and access to previously downloaded files are preserved during any pause. Pause requests must be submitted to hello@reacdif.pro or via your account portal.

 

5. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION — REFUND TERMS

5.1 No Downloads Made
A full refund is available within 14 days of initial payment, provided no products have been downloaded. Submit your refund request in writing to hello@reacdif.pro.

5.2 Downloads Made — Primary Rule (Waiver)
Once any product has been downloaded, no refund of any portion of the annual fee is due. By completing the annual subscription purchase and accepting the mandatory checkout declaration (Section 2 above), you waive your statutory right to withdraw.

5.3 Downloads Made — Fallback Pro-Rata Calculation
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines the waiver in Section 5.2 is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the following fallback applies: the number of complete calendar months elapsed since the subscription start date is multiplied by the then-current monthly rate for the equivalent tier. This amount is deducted from the annual fee paid, and the remainder (if any) is refunded to the original payment method.

5.4 Upon Cancellation
The Customer immediately transitions to Single Purchase Licence status for all products downloaded during the subscription period. All permanent commercial rights described in Section 3.1 are fully retained.

 

6. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days from the date of approval.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@reacdif.pro with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, GMT/BST, excluding UK public holidays).

 

7. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are a UK consumer and believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or the relevant trading standards authority in your area.

If you are an EU-resident consumer, you may also raise a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
