DESIGN ACCURACY & REFUND POLICY

We take great care to ensure all our project files meet the highest professional standards and are free from errors. However, should you identify a verifiable technical design error in the purchased files that prevents the successful construction of the project (e.g., parts that do not fit together, inconsistent dimensions), we ask you to contact us at [destek@reacdif.pro].

Upon verification of the error by our team, we will promptly provide you with a corrected, updated project file. If we are unable to correct the error, or if you prefer, we will issue a full refund of the project fee you paid.

This guarantee is strictly limited to the refund of the project purchase price. Reacdif.pro cannot be held liable for any costs related to wasted materials, labor, or other indirect damages resulting from the design error. We recommend a preliminary check of all parts and measurements before starting the cutting process.


TERM OF USE & DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Nature of the Product: All project files sold on Reacdif.pro are theoretical digital plans created with professional CAD software. While some projects may be showcased via assembly videos, we do not provide a 100% guarantee of accuracy or flawlessness. The plans are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing these plans, you, the user, assume all responsibility and risk for the construction, assembly, and use of the final product. This includes, but is not limited to, the selection of materials, the use of tools and machinery, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Limitation of Liability: Reacdif.pro shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, these project files.

User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for sourcing the correct materials in the quantities and thicknesses specified in the project details. Reacdif.pro is not liable for any costs incurred due to incorrectly or excessively purchased materials. The choice of finishing materials (primer, paint, varnish, etc.) and the application process are also the sole responsibility of the user.
