1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 PartiesSeller: Alper Acun, operating under the business name "Reacdif" (hereinafter referred to as "Seller", "Reacdif", "we", "us") Buyer: The natural or legal person accepting this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Customer", "you")

1.2 DefinitionsDigital Product: Wooden furniture designs and CNC production plans.File Formats: Design files in DXF, DWG, SVG, PDF formats.Preview PDF: A preview file containing installation information and a bill of materials.Final Product: The physical furniture you manufacture using the digital files.License: The right to use the digital products and produce them for commercial purposes.Download Credit: Your monthly right to download products.Watermark: The copyright notice "© Reacdif 2025" on the files.Subscription: A continuous access service through monthly payments.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND ACCESS

2.1 Service Description Reacdif is a digital subscription service offering wooden furniture designs and CNC production plans. Customers can download designs and manufacture physical products according to the purchased license type.

2.2 License Type By purchasing the digital products, you only obtain a non-exclusive license for use. The ownership rights of the designs are not transferred to you.

2.3 Right of Access Subject to your compliance with the terms of this agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the service.

3. LICENSE TYPES AND RIGHTS

3.1 HOBBY LICENSE - €20 (Single Product)Scope:

Single product, one-time purchase
Right to download 5 times

3.2 SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE - €100/monthScope:

Monthly subscription system
Right to download 10 products per month
Additional product for €10/each
Unlimited downloads, lifetime access Credit System:
Monthly credits are reset at the end of the year
Unused credits accumulate (reset in January) Commercial Rights: ✅ Maximum of 50 commercial units produced per year (flexible limit) ✅ Sales on your own website and social media ❌ Sales on large marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair) ✅ Inclusion in the licensed member list

3.3 BIG BUSINESS LICENSE - €250/monthScope:

Right to download 50 products per month
Additional product for €5/each
Unlimited downloads, lifetime access Credit System:
Monthly credits are reset at the end of the year

4. TRIAL SYSTEM

4.1 Demo Projects New subscribers (Licenses 2 and 3) can access 5 demo projects for free during their first billing period.

4.2 Two-Option System Within the first 14 days, you can choose one of the following: a) Request a full refund (demo projects must be deleted). b) Waive your right to a refund and get full access to your monthly quota.

4.3 Demo Terms Demo projects are for evaluation purposes only. Commercial production requires waiving the right to a refund.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

5.1 Age Limit You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

5.2 Account Information

Registration with your real name is mandatory.
Accurate information is required for invoicing.
You are obligated to keep your account information up-to-date.

5.3 Account Security

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Your account cannot be transferred or sold.

5.4 Account Suspension Your account may be suspended under the following circumstances:

Use of fraudulent information
Account sharing
License violations
Payment issues

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Payment Method Payments are processed via credit card through Stripe.

6.2 Payment Options

Automatic Payment: Save your card details for automatic charges.
Manual Payment: Make payments manually each month.

6.3 Automatic Renewal Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Payments will continue to be charged unless you cancel.

6.4 Grace Period

A maximum payment delay of 15 days is accepted.
Commercial rights continue for a total of 30 days.
Reminder emails will be sent during this period.
The account is suspended after 30 days.

6.5 Currency and Taxes

All prices are in EUR.
Prices shown do not include VAT or other local taxes. The Seller is based in Turkey.
The Customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their own country.

7. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

7.1 Prohibited Activities You may not:

Threaten platform security.
Use bots for bulk downloading.
Remove or alter the watermarks.
Sell/rent the files to third parties.
Use a false identity.
Attempt to bypass geographical restrictions using a VPN.
Distort the designs.

7.2 Watermark Requirement

The "© Reacdif 2025" mark on all files must be preserved.
Any attempt to remove the watermark is a breach of contract.
The watermark must be visible on the manufactured furniture.

7.3 File Sharing

You cannot share the digital files with others.
Public sharing on cloud storage services is prohibited.
File sharing with anyone, including family members, is forbidden.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Design Ownership All designs are the intellectual property of Alper Acun (operating as Reacdif). Customers only obtain a license for use.

8.2 Platform Intellectual Property The website, software, logo, design, and all content are the property of Alper Acun (Reacdif).

8.3 Preview Files Preview PDFs are for evaluation purposes only and cannot be used for any other purpose.

8.4 Customer Feedback Your suggestions about the platform become the property of the Seller and can be used for commercial purposes without any compensation to you.

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

9.1 Refund Conditions ✅ Un-downloaded products can be refunded. ✅ A 14-day refund right is available under the demo system. ❌ No refunds after a download. ❌ No refunds after a subscription cancellation. ❌ No general trial period.

9.2 Subscription Cancellation Status after cancellation: ✅ Access to downloaded files continues. ✅ Platform membership continues. ❌ Commercial sales rights cease immediately. ❌ Rights to download new products cease. ❌ Removal from the licensed member list.

9.3 Refund Process Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The process takes 5-10 business days.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Project Responsibility All projects are theoretical designs. 100% perfection is not guaranteed. The Seller is not responsible for production errors. Differences in materials and measurement errors are the customer's responsibility.

10.2 Quality Control The Seller may test selected products. Test videos may be published on YouTube. Being tested does not imply a 100% guarantee.

10.3 Customer Responsibility You are responsible for:

Verifying measurements before production.
Selecting appropriate materials.
Ensuring the accuracy of CNC settings.
Taking safety precautions.

10.4 Total Liability Limit The Seller's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the 6 months preceding the date of the claim, or a minimum of €100.

10.5 Excluded Damages The Seller is not liable for:

Indirect, special, or punitive damages.
Loss of profit or business.
Loss of data.
Third-party software issues.

11. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

11.1 Standard Support Includes:

Assistance with file downloads.
Account management.
Basic questions about file formats.
Billing issues.

11.2 Excluded from Support Does not include:

Custom design modifications.
CNC machine setup assistance.
Production troubleshooting.
Material selection consultancy.

11.3 Response Time Standard support requests are answered within 24-48 hours.

12. TECHNICAL ISSUES

12.1 Site Downtime Subscription periods are not extended in case of site downtime. Your download credits are preserved. All rights can be used once the site is restored. A complimentary product may be offered at our discretion.

12.2 Download Issues In case of a technical error, the right to re-download will be granted.

13. VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS

13.1 Violation Detection

Regular checks on large marketplaces.
Investigation upon complaints.
Natural supervision through the community.

13.2 Violation Process

First Violation: Email warning + 30-day period to rectify.
Second Violation: Account suspension.
Third Violation: Permanent ban.

13.3 Flexible Enforcement The 50-unit limit for the Small Business License is applied flexibly for reasonable overages. In cases of systematic abuse, an upgrade to a higher license will be recommended.

14. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

14.1 Personal Data Processing

Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data is used solely for service delivery.
Not shared with third parties except as required for service provision (e.g., payment processors).

14.2 Customer Rights You have rights regarding your personal data as provided by applicable law, which may include the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

14.3 Data Retention Data is deleted within a reasonable time upon an account deletion request, except for data required to be retained for legal or tax obligations.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

15.1 Payment Processing Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms also apply.

15.2 Disclaimer The Seller is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

15.3 Partner Offers Special deals with CNC machine or material suppliers may be offered. These offers are optional.

16. FUTURE DESIGNER PROGRAM

Currently, all designs are created by the Seller. A program for external designers is not available at this time.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the competent Courts of Antalya, Turkey.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18.1 Agreement Changes Changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email. Those who do not accept may cancel their subscription. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18.2 Service Changes The Seller reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features.

18.3 Assignment Customer rights are non-transferable. The Seller may freely assign their rights.

18.4 Governing Law This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

18.5 Language The English version of this agreement is the governing version.

18.6 Severability If one clause is deemed invalid, it does not affect the other clauses.

18.7 Waiver Not exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

18.8 Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

18.9 Entry into Force The agreement becomes effective upon registration. Making a payment constitutes acceptance.

18.10 Communication All notifications will be made via email.
